Banging Body:

The initial choreography for my Banging Body series was formed from the foundation of my 17 years of training and 10 years as a classically trained dancers. One of the things most dancers are known for are having nice legs. The trends of fitness are always changing. But since the beginning of my training career I always worked the entire body for time-efficiency, and cardiovascular efforts.
